Optimum Infinite provides hyper oxygen permeability (180 Dk) and excellent wettability while retaining resistance to deposits and flexure.

Developed for scleral and ortho-k lens designs.

Optimum Extreme provides high oxygen permeability (125 Dk) and excellent wettability.

Suitable for all GP lens modalities.

Optimum Extra provides high oxygen permeability (100 Dk) and excellent wettability.

Suitable for all GP lens modalities.

Optimum Comfort provides mid-range oxygen permeability (65 Dk) and excellent wettability.

Suitable for daily wear corneal lenses.

Optimum Classic provides low oxygen permeability (26 Dk) and excellent wettability.

Suitable for daily wear corneal lenses.

HEXA100 is a traditional 100 Dk GP material offering manufacturers an alternative source of Hexafocon A.

Our F2 materials provide a range of traditional fluorosilicone acrylates for corneal GP designs.

Silicone Hydrogel
Our silicone hydrogel materials have combined the benefits of soft lens materials with increased oxygen permeability to ensure outstanding levels of on-eye comfort and improve corneal health.

Definitive provides increased oxygen permeability compared to traditional hydrogels. Its unique surface qualities and outstanding level of on-eye comfort ensure that it is ideal for producing a wide range of lens designs while supporting corneal health.

Unisil offers outstanding surface wettability, and the increased oxygen permeability of a silicone hydrogel, combined with a higher modulus to enable more complex lens designs, improving visual acuity and supporting corneal health.

Hydrophilic
Our hydrophilic materials include a range of water contents from 38% to 77% supporting all modalities of custom soft lenses. Our hydrophilic materials also include a range of glycerol methacrylate (GMA) based materials for enhanced on eye performance.

GM Advance represents an evolutionary advance on the properties of other GMA-based soft lens materials. It achieves high manufacturing yields, while its exceptional on-eye stability, water retention and durability provide patient satisfaction.

Contaflex soft lens materials consist of a range of water contents between 38% and 77%.

Our Hioxifilcon B and D materials contain glycerol methacrylate and offer manufacturers an alternative source for their Hioxifilcon materials.

The GM3 range of materials is particularly suited to fast machining in high volumes. Lenses manufactured in GM3 are durable, resilient to protein build-up and can be used for a variety of wearing regimens.

Intraocular
Contamac’s intraocular (IOL) range encompasses a selection of hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials. They include both moulded and lathe-cut options, featuring a blend of purified monomers, combining consistency with state-of-the-art quality standards.

CI26 is now firmly established as the leading hydrophilic material for intraocular lenses.

CI25 is a hydrophilic IOL material that is supplied in the dry state in the form of a blank.

HI56 is a fully moulded semi-finished hydrophobic intraocular lens material.

MICS22 is a hydrophilic acrylic material customised for micro insertion IOLs.

Contamac’s polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) material is available in clear and yellow.

Polishing

Contapol polishing compounds are specially formulated for soft or GP lens manufacturing. The Contapol range delivers a superb surface finish to all lens designs. A range of polishing cloths, cups and sponges is also available.

Blocking

High (hydrophilic) and low (GP) melt waxes offer the manufacturer the best of both worlds: ideal bonding for machining, but easy to de-block without damaging the lens surface once manufactured.

Packaging & Handling Products

Our range of packaging and lens handling products, associated with lens management and after care, includes glass vials, flip tear aluminium crimp top seals, and pure silicone bungs. A range of storage cases with a variety of coloured lids, help store and protect finished GP lenses.
